Mill Run is an affordable senior housing complex located in Guntersville, Alabama.  At least one household member must be age 55+ to qualify. We offer 2 bedroom units with many unit amenities and features. Unit amenities include high energy appliances including a Energy Star range, refrigerator, and dishwasher; central heat and air; washer & dryer connections in each unit, patios, outside storage closets, and window coverings. Additionally, we offer community holiday gatherings three times per year, biannual budgeting classes, and an outreach program.
