Lease Terms

This property offers a twelve-month lease. Rental Assistance may be available(30% of income if rental assistance is available and applicant qualifies) call our office for details.

Pet Policy

We allow one pet with a $300 pet deposit. Must be under both 35 lbs. and 20 inches tall. Service/Companion Animals
permitted with proper documentation.
