Concord Garden Apartments welcomes pets and allows up to two pets per apartment home. A non-refundable pet fee of $350 is required prior to move-in. Certain breed restrictions apply for the safety and comfort of all residents and may include restrictions on specific dog breeds or mixed breeds at management’s discretion.
